Put your heart into everything you do!
What are some of the rewarding parts of the current decade you are in? The challenges?
In this era of my life I have taken a leap of faith and made a big career move. The fear of financial unknowns was the only challenge I really faced and maybe a little lack of self confidence at first. I have always been very adamant about working, taking pride in the work I do, and most importantly providing for my family.
What has been your favorite decade you have lived through and why?
My favorite decade is Now! I have made some big changes career wise, learned to put myself first, and have been blessed to spend a lot of time traveling with my family and friends. I have given myself the ability to provide more than I ever really thought possible.
If given the opportunity, what would you do differently?
I would’ve started my new career sooner, took more trips, and just spent more time with loved ones.
What was your top life lesson that you’ve never forgotten and have lived by?
My top life lesson has been time is the one thing you can’t get back so spend it wisely.
What has bought you the most joy in your life?
Honestly there are a few things that bring me joy everyday, my family, my closest friends and my ability to help people. Helping people has just been a big part of who I am for as long as I can remember and it really brings me great joy.
What was your experience like working with Brandi Stage Portraiture as a part of the 40 Over 40 Project?
I absolutely loved being pampered by Patricia and Brandi really captured some amazing shots of me. Professional is an understatement. Overall it’s been a really wonderful experience and truly a pleasure. I can’t wait to see the finished products!
