A Client’s Story: The Beautiful Shawn Gremillion

Shawn called the studio one day and asked me to photograph her because she said she needed to find her worth again. Little did she know she she was in for a big treat! We pampered her socks off making her look and feel like the gorgeous star that she is!!

She’s granted me permission to share her story and testimony in her own words:

“January, 2018: After our many years of love and happiness, my soul-mate dropped the bomb…he wanted to split. He had always treated me with respect, actually like a Queen. I was devastated, and suggested counseling/anything for us to become whole again, to no avail. My life had come to a screeching halt, with no warning.

I had impending back surgery—-what would I do? I was heart-broken, humiliated, depressed going into surgery.

As I recovered, I discovered Brandi Stage Portraiture on Facebook. I observed first-hand her talent and taking ownership in perfecting her client’s beauty. I then envisioned myself going through a photo session. I felt it would be pivotal in starting a new, empowering life.

With Ms. Brandi’s dedication, passion, and creative expertise, I have re-gained confidence and have blossomed to embrace it. I appreciate you Ms. Brandi, for uplifting my mind, spirit, and soul through your meticulous eye.”

Praise the Lord! What an incredible honor and privilege to witness this part of her journey of finding her beauty and worth again and capture it in timeless gorgeous heirloom portraits. Amazing! She is one of many women that come to the studio for the experience of seeing their beauty and worth in a way that they haven’t seen in a long time or perhaps they’ve never seen it at all.
