Tell us about yourself, Cissy!
I’m a retired truck driver, a mother of 4, and a grandmother of 8. I love outdoor activities with my family and friends. I am a born again believer through Jesus Christ, and I try to live by faith in God everyday.
How did you come to understand your inner beauty?
Growing up, I was a tall lanky girl. It was my grandmother and her sisters (all 9 of them) that taught me to always look at the beauty inside of a person (including myself). They taught me that God created me to shine from the inside and that I was wonderfully and beautifully made by Him. They always told me to never lose myself in this world. The older I get, the more I understand it.
What parts of your story can you share to help women to understand their own beauty?
I hope women will understand that they can be strong, independent, powerful, and still be beautiful. We are created with beautiful qualities within. I pray others are inspired to let their beauty shine.
Tell us about your experience with the photo shoot.
It was a wonderful experience. Kasper helped me shine like I never have before. He treated me like royalty. Brandi made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She brought out my inner beauty on her camera that I never noticed before. They were both so encouraging and sincere. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel extra beautiful. I felt even more confident about myself after the photo shoot than when I first walked through the door.
I feel blessed that I was chosen to participate in this adventure. I’m honored that my story is worth sharing with other women who feel the same way I do. I pray that it encourages other women to recognize their own beauty!

Remember, you are beautiful inside and out. Always let your beauty shine. Never lose yourself in this world. Be proud to be a woman.
