My mom told me she started feeling invisible after she turned 50.
I experienced it when I turned 50.
Why is it that the older women get, the LESS VALUABLE we become to society?
Invisible.
Ignored.
At least, that’s what it feels like. But here’s what I believe 👇🏼
Society doesn’t get to determine your value because THE LORD has already determined it.
And you are precious and worthy in his sight - no matter how old you are. 💛
In fact, I believe that the OLDER you get, the MORE you have to offer society.
Your 50+ years’ life experience and wisdom is worth sharing! Your story can inspire and encourage younger generations, your peers, and even older women.
“Those who are older should speak, for wisdom comes with age.” (Job 32:7 NLT)
“The silver-haired head is a crown of glory, If it is found in the way of righteousness.” (Proverbs 16:31 NKJV)
You don’t deserve to feel invisible just because you’re over 50.
